Stephen joined Hewland in 2001, initially as Commercial Director. Today, working alongside William Hewland, his role is to ensure that all areas of the business are pushing forward and functioning as a team. Every department reports to Stephen and he is able to take an overall control of the ongoing business functionality. | ||

Andy is in overall charge of the design process within the company, maintaining a very much 'hands on' approach. Andy's innovative approach to design problems and ability to 'think out of the box' have made him one of the foremost racing transmission designers in the world. | ||
