Input Bevel Gear and Final Drive Gear
Ratio Choice
To
accommodate variations in engine and
vehicle speeds it is necessary to change
the overall reduction ratio of the
gearbox. Due to the extremely compact
design of the TLS gearbox, it is only
possible to fit certain combinations of
input bevel gear ratio and final drive
ratio. The table below shows the
available combinations of gear ratios.
