EGT-200
The EGT-200 design provides the basis for all gearboxes in Hewland's much-admired front-wheel drive range. For many years, this gearbox has helped customers to championship and event wins across a diverse range of disciplines, from the stages of the WRC to the smooth tarmac of the World Touring Car Championship.

The EGT has versatility as a major asset, being a compact, transverse design with high torque capacity and light weight. This adaptable nature has provided a great solution to a wide range of clients; see below.

This transmission is ideally suited to naturally aspirated engines up to 2.0 litres in capacity.
